1. Extra night waking:

In the past, people used to eat and drink after Esha prayers and go to sleep and wake up before Fajr. Then he would walk in the cool morning air, work. The healthy air in the morning stores energy in the body. But nowadays many people sleep at 12:00, 1:00, and even 2:00 at night. And wake up after 8:00, 9:00, and even 10:00 in the morning. I never see the sunrise. Find out in a nutshell what are the disadvantages?

1. Black spots fall around the eyes.
2. The hair begins to fall out and fall out.
3. Laziness increases.
4. Decreased willpower.
5. Increases the risk of diabetes.
6. The number of eyesight decreases.

8. Number distance begins to show the impression of age on the face, etc.

There is a lot of damage. If you want to keep your face beautiful and youthful for a long time and keep your hair straight, avoid sleeping late at night from today. The Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is that eating and sleeping after the Isha prayer and observing the Sunnah is good for the human race.

2. Intoxication:

At present, people eat more non-edible foods than vitamin-rich foods. For example, bidi-cigarettes, alcohol-marijuana, and various national tobacco. All of these drugs are inedible, destroying 40% of the beauty and youth of the face. It may not be believed by many but it is 100% true.

3. Excessive mobile usage:

The light on the mobile screen plays a special role in ruining the beauty and brightness of the eyes. Continuous viewing of the mobile in the dark causes strain on the eye muscles and the light from the mobile screen falls on the eyes and facial skin, weakening the muscles. Accustomed to regular extra mobile use reduces the brightness of the eyes and quickly leaves the impression of age.

4. Eating extra fried foods:

Eating more fried foods increases the levels of a special type of fat in the body. And as trans fat breaks down and cannot be converted into energy, it begins to accumulate in different parts of the body. At some point, the amount of fat in the blood vessels increases to such an extent that the organs of the body begin to be damaged. At the same time, heart attack, cancer, diabetes, weight gain, and age-related problems appear. Then people can live in peace or die.

If you want to live a beautiful and healthy life as long as Allah has given you life and if you want to retain the youth and beauty of your face for a long time, then get rid of these bad habits from today. Eliminate these as well as put some foods on the regular food list Insha-Allah will get many benefits.
