Many people always drink at least seven to eight cups of coffee a day. But experts say that coffee has many benefits for the body. But drinking too much coffee is not healthy at all. Rather it can have quite a detrimental effect on the body. Experts say that drinking too much coffee harms our bodies.

Makes you tired —
Eating coffee from morning to night when the mind wants? Instead of getting energy, the body becomes more tired. Experts say that coffee should not be eaten on an empty stomach. They report that drinking too much coffee creates a lot of excitement or anxiety in our bodies. The ingredients in coffee make the brain tired. As a result, no matter how much you drink coffee to get energy, drinking too much coffee does not only increase your energy but also makes you more tired. Therefore, experts advise, you should not eat more than two cups of coffee throughout the day.

Insomnia —
Coffee helps keep our body and brain active. This causes insomnia. Many student-to-employee eat cup after cup of coffee to stay awake longer. Which creates insomnia problems in the body. Addiction

Becomes —
More difficult than the habit of drinking alcohol. Experts say that once you get into the habit of drinking coffee, it becomes very difficult to get out of it.

Gastric problems —
Drinking coffee on an empty stomach in the morning produces hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Accumulation of large amounts of this acid in the stomach can cause digestive problems. Coffee seeds contain caffeine and other acidic ingredients, which can cause ulcers in the stomach and exacerbate gastric problems.
