The human body has two types of sweat glands called apocrine and apocrine glands. The body’s temperature rises due to the sun. So the sweat is to bring the temperature back to normal.

Sweating also acts as a ‘protective mechanism’ for the body by expelling various toxic substances.

Causes of excessive sweating: —

In addition to heat, sweating can also be caused by hard work, excitement, anxiety, fear, anger, etc. Even in cold weather, many people have problems sweating their hands and feet. Most of these patients suffer from thyroid gland or various hormonal problems. In this case, it would be wise to take the advice of a doctor. In many cases, sweating can be caused by taking neurological and sleeping pills or by lowering blood sugar levels. Excessive sweating causes the body to lose a lot of water, which can lead to dehydration.

If you sweat excessively, you should drink plenty of water. Drinking fruit juice, glucose, saline, etc. is also quite beneficial. Moreover, saline or glucose should be consumed without drinking cold water after returning home from the heat outside. Excess oily foods should be avoided. Excessive tea and coffee should be avoided.

Apple cider vinegar is quite effective in controlling sweat. In addition to controlling sweating using the skin, regular consumption of apple cider vinegar helps to maintain the pH level of the skin.

Baking soda also helps protect the body from excessive sweating. Baking soda naturally absorbs body sweat and reduces odor. Baking soda also helps to reduce the pH level of the part of the body that sweats the most. Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with an adequate amount of water to make a thick paste. Then mix three to four drops of essential oil with this paste and apply it on the armpits and in the places where you sweat a lot and wash it off after 15 to 20 minutes.

Drink one cup of fresh tomato juice every day for a week. Tomatoes contain astringents that compress the sweat glands. Moreover, its antioxidant component controls sweating and reduces the tendency to sweat excessively.

In many cases, excess weight is the cause of excess weight in the body. So think about controlling your weight.

Smoking, alcohol, and caffeine make the body sweat more than usual. So these should be avoided as much as possible.

Clothing made of nylon and polyester fabric does not absorb sweat but retains perspiration. So wear clothes that absorb sweat easily, such as cotton and silk.

Excessive spicy foods should be avoided.

However, in addition to the above advice, if necessary, the advice of a doctor should be taken.
